Chris Eubank Jr. and Avni Yildirim will fight this weekend at 168 pounds, but the best fight of the event took place this morning, when Yildirim’s manager went ballistic. Ahmet Öner got into it with a member of Eubank’s camp and repeatedly yelled at him. He then threatened to fight him, sat down, then almost immediately sprung back up after getting laughed at to yell, “Don’t laugh at me! When you laugh again, you son of a bitch, I fuck your ... I’ll fuck your wife in your bed!”
Öner later accused “the idiot” of provoking him with racist comments.
Anyway, as the Bloody Elbow points out, Öner once illegally rang the bell halfway through a round to prevent one his fighters from getting knocked out.
