Mike Tyson trains his son Miguel Tyson as heavyweight boxing could be set for a new 'Iron Mike'

THERE could be another "Iron Mike" set to enter the boxing scene.

Once feared as the most terrifying heavyweight boxer ever, Mike Tyson is now concentrating on training his son Miguel Leon Tyson.

The retired boxer uploaded a clip onto his Instagram story of him putting his 15-year-old son through his paces.

He used the hash-tag "family workout session" and tagged in his pride and joy.

Miguel looked like the proverbial chip off the old block, firing sharp, rasping punches as he worked the pads.

And could Mike be training his boy to punish one current heavyweight champ for some astonishing claims?

WBC king Deontay Wilder told TMZ Sports that there wasn't a single fighter who could beat him, and that would include the 1986 version of Tyson.

But former British heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis, who secured a stunning eight-round KO of Tyson back in 2002, laughed off Wilder's claims.

IT'S ON Deontay Wilder FINALLY set to meet Anthony Joshua - and it's soon

Posting on Twitter, Lewis said: “I just heard @BronzeBomber said he would destroy a young @MikeTyson.

"My thoughts are that it’s easy to talk until you actually get in the ring.

"I like Wilder but he’s never been in there with someone that ferocious who truly wants to break his ribs with every punch. I don’t see it!

“I love Wilder’s confidence - you need that to sit atop the heavyweight division - he’s hungry and shows up in probably best shape in division but there’s levels to it and he’s still adding to his arsenal.

“My best advice to the entire crop of young heavyweight champs is to focus on being the best of YOUR era! Out of respect and reality.

“It’s unprovable. Of course people asked, but I found no need to speculate or compare myself to my idol Ali or any other of the past greats.

“History will decide your place among the all time greats… so go out there, clean up the division, defend your title, reign supreme and your work will speak for itself."

He may have some years to go until he can turn pro, but young Miguel might fancy some revenge for Wilder's outlandish claims.
